It’s is all about marketing YOU as a leader, people are attracted to leaders, it is not a choice but a natural biological/instinctual trigger inside a person. So by becoming a leader/solution provider you will automatically attract leads and prospect to you. The only thing is that you need to get all what your sharing in front of the right people, again I refer to your education, knowing how to market.
